This is a sturdy chair with a mesh back and seat. Very adjustable. It arrived with some assembly work required to use the hex key. Unfortunately, the shape of the hex wrench slowed assembly, as it couldn't be rotated 360 degrees in hard-to-reach places. Otherwise, the instructions are clear and the parts fit together perfectly. I'm glad the chair has lumbar support, but in hindsight I would have preferred it to be adjustable. Even if I recline and the seat slides forward, the armrest isn't long enough to support my arms. Not a big deal, but on other chairs the armrest is attached to the back of the chair and rotates when you recline. After all, the device was wrapped in bubble wrap except for the armrests, so of course one of them wore out in transit. There are also scratches on the frame with a deep but small scratch on the base. But I am satisfied with the chair, it meets my expectations.
