The length is ok but these non-metallic hoses are so hard and tough that they don't work well. It holds the shower head at an odd angle and is a little tricky to use. Like my dog, she does what she wants, not what I want. Hope it relaxes over time. (Nylon tubing. Not my dog, spoiled and hopeless). I've read other reviews that hot water doesn't make them any more pliable. And given the cost of electricity, my kettle is set pretty low so I only get very warm water. I'll reconsider if he ever softens.
