BEFORE YOU BUY THIS, you may want to know that it will probably not work in a newer car cassette deck. My 2005 Toyota Sienna has an automatic cassette deck that senses tape tension, tracking, etc. This will cause the deck to eject the adapter no matter how you try to put it in the player. This product works fine in older "manual" cassette decks that require you to "push buttons" to play, stop, eject, and so forth. If you deck automatically feeds and ejects the tape, this may not work for you.
