Works great. Use it for multiple conference calls every day. Be sure to order a pack of soft things to cover the microphone as they are easy to fall off. The only flaw I would say is that the microphone is too sensitive and can pick up the conversations of office neighbors. Also got a complaint that I was too loud with the mic in front of my mouth, so I turned it slightly further and less directly on my mouth.
