Based on my experience, these cables were a complete waste of money... The only pro I can think of is that they were compatible with both printers and scanners. However, they consistently caused my computer to malfunction and were incredibly UNRELIABLE. Computers are essential in todays world and these cables simply don't make the cut. Don't waste your time or money on these interconnects..
