Review on 💻 Lenovo ThinkPad Basic Docking Station - VGA/DP - Compatible with ThinkPad A485, L480, L580 and More - Black Finish by Bob Kussmaul

I bought this docking station for my second home office. My first one (not bought here) works great. This randomly puts my computer to sleep. It happens at such random times. I was able to work for 30 minutes with no problem and then my computer would cycle on and off in sleep mode where I had to wake it up, re-enter my password and continue. Then, after a few minutes, again and again and again. I can talk to a customer on the phone and the computer just goes to sleep while I'm typing. Thought it was the cables, I replaced it. New cables did not solve the problem. Something about this dock is causing the problem. I would not recommend you to buy it.
