Bought both blue and green to make t-shirts for the festival. Vinyl is easy to cut and easy to apply to a new shirt. Washes well and does not fade. The only problem is that I bought it to glow and to be honest it only glows for a few minutes. Expected at least an hour or two in the morning, but no. Even when charging the shirt with ultraviolet light, a glow is achieved in just a few minutes. So if you want white vinyl that doesn't glow too much, this is for you. If you want vinyl that really shines, look elsewhere.
