100% cotton but fits my child a bit.

Bought hoping they would fit my daughter. Unfortunately they are quite tight on her. I had to increase the size of what I ordered her. She's comfortable in 10s, but they fit her. She wears them but isn't sure how much longer she'll outgrow them.
