These walkie talkies are great for us! I have them for our theater for communication between the sound/light booth, the spotlight operators, the backstage crew and me (the director). My kids love headphones/mics because they look/feel like Secret Service agents. These radios communicate over long distances and throughout the building, which is great because the walls are cinder block (everywhere in the school and classroom walls!) So our cell service in the building is very unreliable, students can always catch me (and everyone others) on this radio! ALSO: This was my second set to order more for my students. One of my batteries has failed and will not charge. I contacted the company and told them about the problem and they immediately sent a new battery! So great! They even contacted me to confirm delivery! No problem, great and fast service! (especially during the COVID quarantine!) --ps I ordered the radios before closing but didn't get until more than 2 months later due to the quarantine/outage and they haven't given me any problems. over time!
