Not for everyone, but check it out.

This is different. It should be on your shortlist. Of course, the price is too high, but given the cost of the phone, I don't care. It's nice to feel the back of the phone. The phone feels thinner than any other case (because it is). Looks flatter in the pocket. When holding it, I use a slightly different hand position as my fingers touch the back of the phone, which (when not wet) has more grip than most cases. Other times, my long fingers wrap around to lightly touch the left side of the device. In this case, my fingers are on the back of the phone to hold it. So using the screen is a bit easier. For me, the sides are pretty slick; roughly the same as Spigen Liquid Air Armor. But the Spigen is also slick at the rear, so traction is unacceptable to me. It's cold in here right now and I suspect the Spigen (and this case) will have more traction in hotter weather. I think the width is too big. It's not as big, it's not as wide as many other cases, but there are cases that already fit in your hand and offer the same level of protection. This for the obvious reason that the side edges don't need to be protected when you lift the corners (in many other cases you do). Since even a fall directly onto the phone's side edge is protected by a corner protector, there is no need to protect the side edges; it just adds width in the arm. This width factor was enough for me to choose a different case instead. I use a gel case with narrow sides and raised corners. I have several boxes of gel and continue to trade under the Comsoon brand. The rest are either worse built (bad button alignment or bad cutouts) or larger. The Comsoon could be *a little* firmer, but I'm still confident it will protect in the event of a fall. The main thing is that it's the narrowest case I've found, which also protects the corners. If you like "flat in your pocket" and love the feel of the back of your phone, buy this case. If you want a tight feel in your hand, maybe get this one and a few others by bringing back what you don't like. It should be on someone's shortlist for a default case (non-violent use).
