I've had a headache since my company went completely virtual due to the pandemic. A friend suggested I try blue light glasses because my eyes are not used to looking at a computer screen. I became a zoom bie. After opening and using for a few days, I am so pleased with these blue light blocking glasses. They look modern and I would buy prescription lenses from an optician. The headphones sit well behind my ears (which have been sensitive with masks lately). My office was too dark for good photos, but I love these glasses for virtual business meetings. They really stop headaches which was a bit of a surprise. I would recommend it to anyone who is staring at a screen all day.
