GREAT BUY! I'm hard to please when it comes to a dress that fits me and this dress was perfect! I'm a size 10 (5'4" and 160 lbs) and the LARGE was just right and didn't snag my lower back at all. The length was great too and I wore 1.5" heels that weren't over dragged the floor. and never left the floor. It doesn't show the arm folds in the front and closes high enough in the back to avoid wrinkling the skin. I wore a black bodycon dress with both straps under the dress and simply sewed the front and and back of the dress to the strap to hold it up so it feels more comfortable but it wasn't really necessary.You don't need a necklace with it but if you choose to wear it it should probably be more like a choker .The most comfortable dress I have ever worn!
