I had problems with this shoe the first day after a 6 hour shift. And the problem continued the next day after 2 hours of work. It's too hard and the insole of the shoe isn't flat. Rather, it has some parts that are thicker than others and this causes your feet to press against those thicker pads, causing foot pain. Your whole body is supported by only two thick parts of the entire insole, causing pain. Very bad. If you buy one, throw it away or buy an orthotic and spend more money. Go anywhere when you need good work shoes for the kitchen. Not recommended. I wish I could return it.
