Bullet works as expected although I have yet to test its water resistance. The device requires 2 AAA batteries to operate, and while this isn't a problem, there seems to be enough power to essentially fry the device's control electronics. I installed the batteries about 5 hours before this event, so I didn't have much time to reset the device. It still works and vibrates, although there's no light and I can't seem to switch modes anymore. So if you decide to buy it, make sure you only put the batteries in when the device is running, otherwise you will accidentally short out the controller and it will stay on all the time. I'll update this review if I find a way to get the electronics back and get them working again, but for now I guess I'll just have to enjoy this setup and just put batteries in if I want to use it.
