Excellent solution which helps greatly in software quality

Most helpful is how easy this program makes it to track issues through out your development process from beginning to end! There are different ways that you could use to assign issues once they have been identified; however there are not many useful options there. I think if more features were added then we would be able to make other tasks easier with our team as well. Being able to identify issues early on has been really beneficial when having them resolved during an issue tracking stage. The integration with Jira is very easy to use. It's also possible to integrate other external applications. Support from the team is excellent. We have been using it for almost 3 years now and we haven't had any problems. I would say that the price could be reduced but this application has been a good investment for us. We are solving our traceability issues.

  • Easy way in which tickets can assigned.
  • Good user interface
  • Very quick response time (if needed)
  • Excellent support service great communication between technical staff & customer representatives, both internal or those outside agency/customer services etc
Cons
  • Not much customization available
  • Less functionality than some others
