Great tool for managing ServiceNow tickets from within Salesforce

The best feature is that it's free to use! It does have some limitations depending upon your organization size but otherwise I've had no issues using this tool as far as its features go (it has many). There are also plenty resources available online if you run into any difficulties or questions throughout setup/configuration process so don't hesitate about reaching out through their customer success team - they're always happy to help!! We needed an easy way to manage our ServiceNow tickets…

OSLC Connect for Jira - Easy tracking program

I like the feature of the software that it provides the user with the ability to be able to track their work. I like that it is very easy to use and the user interface is very easy to use. I do not have any dislikes about the software. I would recommend this software to anyone who is looking for a software that is easy to use and provides the user with the ability to be able to track their work. I am able to be able to track my work progress. I am able to be able to track my time spent on each

  • It was simple enough, even when being used by someone unfamiliar.
  • Overall appearance looks good in terms how everything comes together visually wise (which helps make things more organized)
  • Easy navigation makes using less complex than most applications available today

Excellent solution which helps greatly in software quality

Most helpful is how easy this program makes it to track issues through out your development process from beginning to end! There are different ways that you could use to assign issues once they have been identified; however there are not many useful options there. I think if more features were added then we would be able to make other tasks easier with our team as well. Being able to identify issues early on has been really beneficial when having them resolved during an issue tracking stage…

Very good task manager with various features

The most useful thing is that it allows me to monitor all my projects at once, and get notifications about any changes in the project status. It's also very easy to use and navigate through the platform. There are some minor bugs here and there but nothing major. I would like to have a more detailed overview of my tasks and their status so that I could keep track of them better. Also, I would like to see a possibility to create new boards or sections for each of my projects. I've used this tool

  • Very user friendly interface with plenty information available.
  • Notifications can be sent via email when something specific happens within your environment (eg; task assigned)
  • Lots options how you want todo things eg.; change ticket state/priority etc., which makes work flow much easier than before using other tools such us Redmine
  • Can easily make tickets
