Great tool for managing ServiceNow tickets from within Salesforce

The best feature is that it's free to use! It does have some limitations depending upon your organization size but otherwise I've had no issues using this tool as far as its features go (it has many). There are also plenty resources available online if you run into any difficulties or questions throughout setup/configuration process so don't hesitate about reaching out through their customer success team - they're always happy to help!! We needed an easy way to manage our ServiceNow tickets within Salesforce while creating ticketing workflows was cumbersome at times without having multiple tabs open when managing tickets from different sources such as email notifications etc., plus we were not able track progress easily since there wasn’t another platform where these could be managed simultaneously and linked together.
