Keep the cats at bay!
I have four cats and I still use plastic cat carriers because one time one of those soft carrier bags like a duffel bag had a weak double zipper and cats could get out of it. With these things is different. The shoulder strap allows me to carry all four in one trip between the car and the vet's door (or home), cross-body style on each shoulder and arm, one in each arm. I mean, 45 pounds of a cat is no small thing, but we do what we do.
