I think it is a cool jib! The ONLY pair of questions. You MUST mount it on a speaker stand or a very rigid tripod. My Cayer tripod cannot take torque if the tripod's hydraulic head tilts down, no matter how tight it is. So don't use a tripod head if you can avoid it. Second, the weight they provide isn't enough for something like my GH5, which uses a hydraulic head in the ball mount that comes with the boom, and I can't figure out how to add more weight without the fibers of the carbon rods to endanger. The instructions included are terrible. But I like it when it makes sense.
