Revain shipped this kit free of charge within two days and Suzanne from Nadair/OVO customer service answered my pre-order technical questions within one day. on Saturday. Good service! It looked nice out of the box, but felt a lot lighter than our old Kenmore kit, which made us wonder if it wasn't a bit cheap (please read on). However, after setting it up and using it, our opinion changed. Carrying the new hose and vacuum cleaner up and down stairs just got a lot easier. This worked very well; just like the old kit but a lot less hassle to carry around. We also liked the built-in pan handle for tilting around objects, and it had 5 feet of extra length to cover a larger area than before. We noticed that the hose kinked several times while cleaning, so we have to be careful when using it. . Durability will show over time but so far we have had a very good product and great customer service. DG
