Maybe for thick chairs and if you don't want them to move. je.

The package with the product received is open. To return. This is for really thick chair legs. Not sure if this is a coincidence as some of the photos seemed perfect on skinny legs. And that would be nice if you never wanted your chair to move. You have to raise the chair all the way up to squeeze into the table when seated.
