Review on 👘 Ralph Lauren Smokey Kimono by Joseph Quintana

Bought this robe as a gift. I was looking for a plush velor bathrobe. I'm buying 3 to make sure I get the right one. One from his/her room at Wine, one from Bare Necessities at Navy and one from Brands Direct at Wine. Bare Necessities and His/Her Room gave me a terry towel that looks like a bathrobe. There's no velor in there. It was tough and very tough. The Microfiber Direct brand gave me what I was looking for. I have returned both terrycloth bathrobes. Bare Necessities was returned quickly with no problems. His/her number sent me a robe with a general card explaining why they wouldn't refund the money. They didn't write the reason on the card, they just sent the card. Also, I didn't have all of the above reasons. Everything was fine with the coat. I tried it on, didn't like it, put it back in the box and then sent it back. I believe his/her room engages in fraudulent practices. They have not yet replied to 2 emails I have sent. Don't buy if you can return. Go with other 2 companies. Update: I just got an email about smelling perfume in my bathrobe. As I told the company, that's not true as I didn't wear perfume in my bathrobe. And try it on and take it off, there will be no smell after 1 month. This is not true and I support my claim that the company is a scam. I did the same to return another robe and no problem. All 3 tested on the same day!
