Does it work? Yes. Do they sound good? Eh...great for podcasts and talk radio, but underpowered when it comes to music. The ability to charge this case with a Qi Pad charger is cool, but it lacks a port you could use to charge other devices in a pinch. I don't really care, BUT what I really don't like is the over-sensitivity of the touch functions on the back of the headphones. They're extremely irritable and hard to get out of your ear without stopping what you're hearing (or even turning down the volume, skipping to the next segment, rewinding, etc.). It REALLY sucks when you're listening/streaming through a very sensitive app on your phone. Wow, there is a lot of time wasted repeating things after you've barely touched any of the buds! Pooh. I had an earlier version of this and liked it. They sounded great, were very functional and easy to use, but unfortunately I accidentally dropped one out of my pocket one morning and later found it crushed in the street. Big sad. I miss these headphones. You were wonderful. UPDATE 9/24/21: Support contacted me and resolved my complaints. They are aware of the above issues and will take them into account when releasing better and better products. Many sellers don't really care about their customers after selling their product, but this company really cares and has shown great customer care. Highly recommended!
