This is my second attempt at a USB wireless microphone (the first was disappointing due to the design demeanor of the product). The wired microphone was not working. We've only used it as a USB input device for a Windows computer, although I once tested using the output jack to connect to a speakerphone and that worked great too. It just worked on Windows 10 and Windows 7 - no driver download required. I haven't tried it on other operating systems yet. Here are the pros: Distance - worked great outdoors where the mic was up to 25 feet from the USB dongle (we didn't try further) Clarity - even our quietest interlocutors were clearly heard during a Zoom call. There's no background noise, but if you point the mic at a crowd, those can be heard too. Battery Life - We used these 2 hours a day a week and two batteries lasted 10 weeks or more. It's great to have a battery indicator on the mic so you can keep an eye on it. Durability - We haven't broken it yet despite the occasional drop/throw. Feels very durable. Questions. It would be nice if there was a mute button, but turning it on and off works well. Lock signal to USB adapter - once they set it up it was fine.
