The rating was lowered solely because of the service, there are no complaints about the filter. The filter arrived without one part. After the application for technical support, amazon unsubscribed that it did not solve the issue of returning the essentially defective goods and shifted the responsibility to the seller, also asked to wait 4 days. The seller apparently sent my coordinates to the AQUAEL service center, from where they called me and offered to send the part. As a result, after 3 days it was sent by SDEK to another address. I had to solve this issue myself with SDEK. Disappointed in the amazon service. And the seller with a strange approach and shifting responsibility to others.
