There are no cheap belts that even look like leather, so this belt is 100% value for money. The only problem after a while are the loops that you thread the extra length of strap through after fastening. These loops are so tight that it takes a lot of strength and fumbling to pull the strap through. When the belt is on it's great, but putting on the belt takes a lot of time and is frustrating. I found that it was possible to stretch the loops a bit with a lot of force, but the maximum stretch I could get to hold wasn't enough to make them run as smoothly as other straps I've had. Just 15 seconds of excitement instead of a full minute. But I paid at least a dollar for them and they look like they will last at least a few years so they are still 5 star belts for the price.
