I would give this belt a 4 or 5 for quality but the sizing was wrong. This is the second strap I've ordered in a while and they fit neither too small nor too big. My belt is a size 40. I can buy them in stores and they fit, but somehow they don't fit properly from Revain. I will not return this belt, it goes to veterans in our area. I was afraid to find a belt as I currently wear 54 x 29 dress pants and most belts will also fit the next size up but I bought 56 and it was long enough to use it two notches.
