I was afraid to find a belt as I currently wear 54 x 29 dress pants and most belts will also fit the next size up but I bought 56 and it was long enough to use it two notches. Instead of sucking in to get one and then letting him dig with other straps all day. If I lose weight I will be buying more of these pants as my pants are shrinking in size. I don't know about the durability but it lasts a few months, I'm not complaining about the price. Goes great with my work pants.
