I'm not hot at all! Maybe I got a broken one :/ because I read the reviews and everything before I bought it. so ugh! Disappointed in that. but very easy. The cable is not a problem. For me it's just the heating parameters. looks cheap, my hand always presses the power button in the middle of smoothing and it goes off EVERY TIME because the button is right where your hand is supposed to be holding it. So I have to press the power button again to turn it back on. and wait for it to heat up again etc.
