The device is out of sync with the air conditioner at least once a day. Either leave the device on when it thinks it's off, or leave it off when it thinks it's on. he controls the air conditioning manually without any problems, so no positioning problem. I have a camera on the air conditioner so I can check. Also, there is no way to set security settings on the device and when I asked for help, the company was able to access the device without my permission. The device thinks it's been added to my home kit, but it doesn't show up anywhere, so that's an error too. If it still doesn't work I will return it and buy something else.
