I'll return it. If the device works, then everything is fine, but HomeKit keeps reporting that the device isn't responding. I suspect a software update will fix this, although I have no idea when that will happen. Update: Upgrade to three stars. Sensibo support contacted us and the question was not answered. I have two air conditioners from different manufacturers - one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The bedroom unit is quickly installed with just one remote control. The living room unit was more difficult to set up as my remote has multiple on/off buttons, but Sensibo's customer service was responsive and amazing.
