The big ones work, the small ones don't.
You'll see an immediate improvement in the larger sizes, but the small ones don't generate enough suction to notice a noticeable difference. The big ones are very thick and create a lot of suction, so don't overdo it. The little ones are so flimsy they don't generate enough suction to justify the time it takes. I only use the big ones.
