Review on Beez's Choice: Universal Stroller Britax Roemer Smile 3, 2-in-1 - Midnight Grey (1 Box) by Agata Zimka Semeniuk ᠌

Unsuitable product, not worth the money.

I already spent a full day and $5,000 on a taxi in June, along with, most crucially, a shrieking toddler. since I cannot and do not want to leave the child with someone and my daughter dislikes long vehicle rides. I have lactostasis because I'm on GV and because it started with the breast pump. And my youngster cannot be calmed down by strangers. I endure some ongoing suffering, inconvenience, and loss of money since purchasing this stroller. Because I'll have to take a taxi there a second, and maybe third, time, and a one-way trip will cost me between $2,000 and $2,500 rub. 5 thousand each way, there and back. The service is indifferent, there is a loud youngster, and most significantly, I squander time. Regarding the caliber of the service work, I have severe concerns. because a week after going to the service, the stroller broke. I want potential Olant purchasers to read my honest evaluation so they can avoid my fate. Because Olant, a hotline specialist, politely told me that I was probably just "unlucky" and that there were no other complaints regarding this stroller, I would want to swap it for a brand-new one. I want to be like the other customers who were simply "lucky" enough to purchase from Olante. I wrote to Olant, but I haven't received a response in more than a week.

Pros
  • No merit exists. 1) When purchasing a stroller, a flyer from the manufacturer is provided (if you write a positive review of this stroller on the market, you will receive $500 on your phone); consequently, all of the positive reviews for this stroller have already been purchased! What actually follows is 2) Hello, this is my husband's account on which I am writing. I want to express my anger to Olant for selling Britax Roemer Stroller 2 in 1 SMILE III Indigo Blue in January 2022. I purchased this stroller at the beginning of January 2022, but I didn't use it until February 2022 since the daughter I had just had a baby at the time from serious frostbite. The stroller does not handle snow well, and from the beginning of the purchase, the front wheels' mobility was bad (in the entrance, for example). Since the entry is small, not having a wheelchair has caused me significant inconvenience and continues to do so. I should mention that I exclusively use the stroller on asphalt in Hong Kong. Concrete issues with the front wheels started in April. Although it appeared to be farther away, it became even less maneuverable, and the wheels started to spin inward when turning. I made calls to three official services that the Olant website suggested. They are all distant from the metro and at the opposite end of Hong Kong from me. I reside in Hong Kong's eastern region. We were hesitant to go to the service for repairs in April and May because of the epidemic. However, it got so bad in the middle of June that we hired a cab and traveled two hours to the selicate crossing with our girls. They advised me to go to the selicate passage in the other two services because only partial sections are present. If two other providers on the site are unable to provide the service, why are they listed there?
Cons
  • As a result, I had to spend time with a newborn calling two idiotic services and repeatedly repeating my predicament. Inhuman! The fact that Olant is not liable for the level of service upsets me a lot. Our wheels were greased for the silicate road. The carriage started to move about. Which surprised me about her. But exactly a week later, the wheels started to shake violently. Additionally, I had to make them go straight exclusively. That. Instead of a stroller that cost over $50,000, I was given a stroller that costs $10,000 in the children's world and can only travel in a straight path. Why did I need to purchase a stroller in Olante? Indifferently feeding me breakfast, the service manager informed me that they had reportedly ordered spare parts and were waiting since the end of June (for a moment, it is already August 25). I'll repeat: For the past two months, I've called the service twice per week. I'm quite disturbed about it because. I do it at the expense of talking to the child. The supplier would probably not accept them again, they said yesterday, so call at the end of the week and ask again. They would occasionally take my phone into the shop and say they would call me during the day, but this never happened. In summary, I have been using wheelchairs with fixed wheels that only turn in one direction for the past two months. Even though the infant is over 8 months old, I still find it challenging to maneuver her around tight spaces. As the service made obvious to me, they don't have any immediate plans to fix the problem, and it's generally doubtful whether they can solve it, so I don't understand what I paid money for if I have to waste a lot of health, strength, nerves, and time doing it. Additionally, if they do it at some point, I will once more need to take a taxi and transport the infant to the opposite end of Hong Kong to fix the issue. I don't have a spare stroller if you have to leave the one you have.
