They're NOT waterproof
They're big and probably great for powders or heavy creams, but they're NOT waterproof. I wouldn't recommend them for liquid liquids as the threads don't mesh tightly enough to create a watertight seal. After putting sealing tape on the threads it seems to keep the liquid inside but I wouldn't travel with them or ship them if they have liquid in them.
