Received today. and this was my second purchase of this cable but it is different (on the left in the photo) than my first one (on the right in the photo). But don't judge by the looks, I tried it but it doesn't work with my MBP and neither with my colleague's MBP. You can update this cable, but there is no product image update. You just upgraded the supported resolution from 1920x1200 to 2560x1600. I think the material of the cable seems cheaper. Yes, he was demoted. Therefore, please check with the seller before purchasing. I asked for support, Revain gave me a refund.
