Review on OtterBox Utility Series Latch II Case: Enhanced Protection for 10-Inch Tablets - Black, with Accessory Bag by Gavin Hernandez

OtterBox 77-30408 Utility Series Latch II Case with Accessory Pocket for 10" Tablets - Black I love this accessory. I bought it for my wife. Our job is to keep her 10 inch Insignia tablet on which she draws floor plans when we are photographing properties. The ability to rotate the strap to almost any orientation is a huge plus. My wife loves the way it fits in her hand and she uses it in a one strap on position. She can store her laser meter in a small accessory pouch that I removed and brought up in a horizontal position. I didn't give 5 stars ONLY because it wasn't packaged well and I'm pretty sure some part is missing. The unit was simply thrown into the Revain shipping box along with another item I ordered. There was no packaging at all, no box, no plastic bag/container like most OtterBox items I've purchased in the past, no instruction manual, and no warranty information, so I'm not sure if it's covered by any type of warranty at all is. Also, there is no shower cover as I saw in the video with the product. I would like to update my rating when these issues are resolved.
