To all the bad reviews, the sound goes away after a few months, that's an easy fix and will happen with ALL tube headphones. Your ear creates moisture in the tube that distorts the sound, you don't need to replace it. Simply remove the tube and blow it out with an air hose. We have a gun cleaning room with air ducts in our department and I use that for cleaning. Then it sounds like new. You get moisture in the tube several times a year, no need to buy new tubes every time. Hope that helps. This product has worked great for me, I have been using this product for 4 years.
