This is a good shelf. Bikes fit well on it. The header feature is the main reason I bought it - it works well. It took me a while to figure out that the holes have to be aligned to get the pins in and that this means you sometimes have to readjust wheel brackets and ratchet hooks to get them lined up exactly, which can be a little tricky. pain, but then you will appreciate the accuracy of processing. The reason this isn't a 5 star rating is that although I've only had the rack for two months, I've encountered an issue: one of the L-shaped pins has lost the ball bearing that is used to secure it . It's exhausting because I paid a lot for this rack (more than the current price). I hope Swagman can replace him. Otherwise, I recommend a rack for the title function. That's convenient. UPDATE: I received 2 replacement parts within 24 hours of contacting the company! 5 Stars!
