Although the product may be good, the company failed the customer. I had 3 email exchange attempts to explain my issue to tech support. The product REQUIRES the software to be at least usable. Since the Logitech G13 didn't require software displays, that was the company's choice. The software requires you to have a Razer ID in order to use it. To get an ID, you need to go online and register a new account. Your "new account registration" requires a Razer ID, but you must register to receive one. This is madness. I found a workaround, but it was definitely not suggested by tech support. I will look for another brand just because I don't like this company.
