We love it. Only then did I recognize a blue stick with two hexagons and no circle. We sorted them by color and threaded them onto the thread that came with them. I recently started sorting by shape and noticed boo-boo. Otherwise they are great and exactly what I wanted in a multifunctional robotic arm for my preschooler. Update: We have been contacted and assisted by customer service. They sent us a replacement piece that we needed and even an extra piece that we lost. I offered to pay but they were kind enough to just ship it. Now we have a complete set! They were quick and very helpful.
