Review on 🐶 PETFON Dog GPS Tracker – No Monthly Fee, Real-Time Tracking Device with App Control (Dedicated for Dogs) by Darnell Murphy

I always walk my dogs off-leash. A few weeks ago one of them was chasing a fox and for the first time I lost him for about an hour. In terms of trackers, this is the only one that is reasonably priced with no monthly fees. I received it within a few days and had about 2 weeks to get it. The product is very easy to set up and works great overall. It updates its position every 10 seconds, which is the shortest interval, but you can manually update faster if needed. It is very intuitive and easy to use. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for ease of use is that the controller often gets disconnected from my phone. So far this has only happened at the very beginning of the walk so I'm not too worried about losing her position when we get off, but it does add a bit of stress and it sometimes takes a few tries. to force the controller to pair again, so it's a bit of a hassle. Hopefully I'll learn to avoid this as I use the product more often. Normally we walk about one to two hours every day. I found that if I turn off the tracker and controller immediately after our walk, it takes 3 walks for the power to drop to 50%. I turned off once and the controller was at 8% and wasn't working so now I'm trying not to go below 50.
