. I have now purchased three separate refill packs of Brother TN-650 toner cartridges and while I may be wrong I now seem to understand how the sellers at work Revane. I believe the seller lists a new post with a picture and a price. Then no matter what is posted or pictured, multiple sellers join in and say they are selling the same product at the same price no matter what is written or described. Therefore, the picture, price, description, etc. are not indicative of what you will receive or the quality of what you will receive. For example, I bought cartridges from the warehouse twice from two different ads at different prices. They each sent me the same bottle, an ordinary blue plastic bottle containing 85 grams of toner. The second time I bought from a chamber I was sure I had bought from an ad that specifically stated the toner would be 210 grams, but I still got the same bottle as my first ad . To my knowledge the TN-620 (starter cartridge) uses 115 grams and the TN-650 cartridge (high capacity) uses 210 grams. When I contacted the cartridge store after the first bottle to let them know their bottle didn't match the advertised LASERTEK bottle fit, I was told they accidentally sent me the wrong bottle. I got 50% back. I later learned the importance of toner content in grams, so when I ordered a second bottle from the cartridge store (this time listed as an AXIOM product at 210 grams) I received the same bottle as my first order. It contained 85 grams of toner (not counting the weight of the bottle). I wrote to the company complaining and they said they sent the wrong bottle so I asked for 2 more bottles and they sent them to me for free. At the same time, I ordered a 210 g AXIOM product from NE Image. The bottle that arrived did not say AXIOM, but NE IMAGE as the manufacturer. The vial contained 175-180 grams of toner (excluding the weight of the vial). I complained to the company and they said they accidentally sent the wrong bottle and then agreed to send me an extra small bottle to make up the difference. Conclusion: (1) A price difference does not necessarily indicate a quality difference; (2) You are unlikely to receive a product image unless the seller and product have EXACTLY the same name; (3) You are unlikely to receive the full amount promised in the ad, but please ensure you only purchase the ad that states the weight or you will not be guaranteed a specific amount; (4) Don't buy cartridges from warehouse because they will only send you a small quantity; (5) NE image was significantly better in terms of amount, but still below the specified amount; (6) Sellers always ship what they want and then when you call them they say they accidentally sent the wrong bottle [I got 3 out of 3 for that apology]; (7) If you have a small food scale, you can check it yourself and ask companies for compensation; Both companies immediately responded very well and sent me what I think is fair.
