Great product. Ease of installation. However, the instructions included were not that clear for a visual learner like me. Seems like a step or two needs more explanation or pictures. Went to YouTube for clear instructions. I would buy this again.

Refueled Brother 8480 nice. I used a YouTube video to reset the gearbox. The instructions that came with it were pretty good, but it was easier to see pictures online.

I have had no problems with this product. When buying toner, make sure you have newspaper and are wearing clothes that you really don't like. Next to. the toner works great.

I bought a large bottle of toner thinking it would hold more. The toner works great but the bottle was half full. So much for paying more for a larger bottle.

Solid black surfaces are better than new ones, without streaks and bumps. Came in a large bottle with an unbranded label containing about 185 grams of toner. Also included are two gloves, a large cleaning cloth, a cap with a funnel, and a double-sided sheet with somewhat brief instructions. The "secret," if there is one, isn't just putting in new toner.
