This mini pc will work for you if you're running a 1080p screen with minimal CPU usage or a 4K video stream and don't mind stuttering. YouTube 4k videos dropped a few frames every 10 seconds depending on how demanding the video content was (harder video = more stuttering). When you try to scroll through a website on a 4k monitor in Windows 10, it stutters and makes you stagger. If you try to run a 4k application where the mouse is entering data and changing what is happening on the screen, you will experience lag. In other words, it almost can't play 4k at 30 fps. One issue I had was that the onboard Intel UHD graphics was underutilized when decoding vp9 in some applications, meaning the video processing was hogging the CPU and the output froze. Seems to be a manufacturing issue as there was no way to reconfigure or resolve the issue from what I researched and tested online.
