Rate limiting works well for plugs and adapters
It's cheap for a reason. Can't even reliably support 1280 x 768 60Hz refresh. I can still use it because I have an old monitor that has a slightly lower resolution and still works and I have no qualms about returning it because of the low price. "Supports resolutions up to 1920 x 1200 pixels for crisp, rich video." The above statement is NOT true.
