I chose these knives because of the majority of positive reviews! Well, the biggest mistake ever! I gave up my old set of 12 years for her! These knives are so blunt and not for me as a frequent cooker! I've used them on honeydew, carrots, celery, watermelon, etc. The blades don't cut through food as advertised (the old ones were better). Very dissatisfied with this brand. Beware!
