I didn't like this steamer. The only thing I really liked was the continuous steam and I was happy with how it steamed my floors. I have returned this item. I kept trying to find something I might like other than Steam and couldn't. The things that bothered me were: 1) part of the mop wasn't that flexible and that made the mop a little uncomfortable - to me I'm so used to a super flexible mop that moves in every direction it goes i move it 2] The cable is too short (After reading reviews that the cable was short I didn't think it would bother me until it did) If you are a very picky person with a lot of freedom I don't recommend this Article. If you are a person who does not mind these little things and you have less space, then I recommend this steam cleaner to you. Like I said, I was happy with the steam and how it cleaned my floors. It's not as comfortable as we'd like it to be.
