Plenty of outlets for power strips and surge protectors

I love the idea of having 24 outlets, but having them so close together and all pointing in the same direction is limiting or wasting space your forks are all sizes equally thin. Unfortunately, I have large blocks that overlap with the next fork, etc. I wish they would design one with more spacing or even an alternative fork layout where one is horizontal and the other vertical.
