I purchased this item late last year as I tend to order a new cartridge as soon as I make a replacement. I had to replace my magenta cartridge last week and when I installed the new cartridge, I got a message saying that my printer could not recognize the cartridge. I searched high and low for a solution to this problem only to come up empty handed. Also, while I was trying to fix my magenta issue, my cyan cartridge registered as being low and needing replacement. So I attempted to replace my cyan cartridge with the one in this package only to get the same error message. By this point, just to try to troubleshoot this issue to see if it was due to one (or two cartridges) being bad, I replaced ALL of my cartridges only to get the same error message for all new cartridges installed. Perhaps I got a bad batch, perhaps I got sold a faulty and fraudulent product; one may never know. What I can say is that ebay definitely gets 5 stars for their customer service. I called and explained my problem. I told the representative that I wasn't sure how to proceed being that I purchased this product so long ago and all cartridges are now "used". She gladly refunded my money with no questions asked.
