Contractor didn't install enough anchor bolts in my cement board. They took care of it with no problem. Simply drill a hole to the desired depth, tap one of these with a hammer, place the sill plate on top and tighten the bolt and washer onto the threads. This bolt will lift up slightly and snap into place.
